大家好
不知道在這裡問這個問題適不適當....
但是有人知道薯條和冰淇淋這兩個完全是減肥大忌的食物中
究竟哪個更不健康呢?
之前朋友打算吃冰淇淋當晚餐
我覺得不大健康,就努力的提議幾項可充飢的食物
其中談到了薯條
朋友和我說薯條比冰淇淋還不健康
這和我一直以來的想法完全抵觸
我知道薯條也不健康,但是總覺得至少還是有些澱粉之類的
畢竟單馬鈴薯本身也是挺OK的食物
但是談到冰淇淋.....
冰淇淋在我觀念中就是一堆糖和奶油@@
總覺得應該更不健康才是....
總之朋友一直堅持薯條更不健康,他說冰淇淋裡面有牛奶也算是營養
恩.....因為我發現自己好像也無法提出薯條為什麼比冰淇淋更健康的理由
所以突然很想知道究竟這兩個比較起來,哪個才是更不健康的....
