想問一下 肌力下降有這麼快嗎?
最近二週 沒有勤奮練...
一週 同部位只練一次
以往都是一週同部位練兩次
今天在坐姿臥推的時候
以往能有點輕鬆推的重量
突然變很非常沈重....
很多器材也是沒辦法應付之前的重量了
躺姿臥推 倒是覺得還好 還能應付平常的重量
不是很清楚肌力的原理
是體力上的問題 還是懶散導致肌力下降
