想請問大大們肌肉的大小是跟肌爆發力比較有關聯吧?
男生覺得女生肌肉量多有線條很性感又是大概怎麼樣的標準呢?
此篇非炫耀文,但是我不重訓已經四個月了但是還是被身邊的女性有人提醒要我的不要在
練過度導致肌肉太多會不好看!?甚至有朋友要我增肥說我太瘦線條太明顯(完全冤枉啊
,小女子沒在重訓捏)
我體重55公斤左右,體脂約18-20%?,認識我的人都說我很Fit,但是不只一個親近的女
性友人覺得我太Man??
雖然我沒重訓但是我有在練MMA,大概一週三堂Wrestling 、兩堂Brazilian jiu jitsu
、偶爾加個Muay Thai,以
前非常喜歡有氧偶爾加重訓,其實我真的很不喜歡重訓但是為了運動表現所以偶爾加減練
一下)目前因為膝蓋不好所以有多練腿
完全不練上半身的我手臂的兩顆老鼠從來沒消失過(因為以前是排球校隊練太多?)
由於南半球天氣要熱了想更認真的練身材可是又不想被女生友人提醒練太壯會讓男生卻步
??REALLY?
所以想請問男版友們的意見,還有是不是把腿在練大一些才不會覺得上身太寬,謝謝大家
