肌肉變多 真的就比較會吃不胖嗎???? - 減肥

我看很多人說 肌肉變多了 代謝自然也變好了
所以自然就吃不胖了 但是一直覺得有哪裡說不通的地方
假如一個人原本基本代謝1200 提升到1800好了
總量上看起來是可以多吃600卡路里沒錯
但是這很怪 假如這個人吃通通都是碳水化合物
那麼肌肉會通通消耗掉這些卡路里嗎???
看起來似乎是不會 那麼一樣是胖啊?
而且這樣算一算由於肌肉缺乏蛋白質的供養 會流失肌肉
順帶會增加脂肪 那不就肥得更快???
我一直覺得 總熱量來計算人體減肥的邏輯怪怪的
反而覺得 飲養組成的關係比較大
因為碳水無法轉成蛋白質的養分 但蛋白質可以轉換成碳水所需的養分
那總量計算不就有很大的問題了??
有人可以解惑嗎? 小弟是真的迷惑
