目前 節食
有氧30min(因為膝蓋難負荷 不然心臟很OK)
重訓-肩 手 背
物理治療師教的練臗部(側抬腿 膝蓋內移)與股四頭肌(踢凳)
想請問 練增加全身肌肉比例 促進新陳代謝的話 肚子這部份要練嗎
