晚餐:炒飯 or 粥 or 雞湯飯 or 清燉嫩骨湯麵(蠻常吃湯麵)
其他:辦公室同事有時會塞零食 擋不掉的 只好正餐吃少點減回來
晚上肚子餓會吃點海苔
每天有吃b群 偶爾會買檸檬原汁加入水中喝
日常作息:7:00~24:00 (朝九晚五 晚上k書)
生活型態:學生(課餘打工)
運動習慣:每晚飯後游泳 45mins~1hr 1500m(學不久 游很慢) (之前跑5km)
我的問題:肚子和屁股有變大的趨勢 尤其肚子鬆鬆的
以前28吋腰時還有點六塊肌 30吋以後完全消失
希望把體脂降下來 還我平坦的肚子
目前沒時間自己煮清淡的食物 又沒住家裡 所以晚餐儘量清淡了 已不吃便當
目前運動時間沒法再拉長 也許只能加強強度
六月後會加入重訓
希望暑假結束後 體脂可以下降3%
不知道有什麼地方需要改進?
