肝醣和脂肪 - 健身

已經看完大部分精華區的文章,也在網路上另外看了很多運動生理學相關文章,
我知道如果想有效率的減脂,最好先做重訓再做有氧,
先大量消耗肝醣,之後有氧消脂比較有效。
(了解的大意是這樣,若敘述不當請鞭小力點....)
我的問題是,重訓之後有氧一樣要做半小時以上才有效嗎?
還是因為肝醣已經消耗一些,所以有氧做個十幾二十分鐘就會開始燒到脂肪?
(說實在重訓完花了很多時間,也沒太多力氣做超過半小時的有氧....)
另外,要怎麼訓練身體以脂肪為燃料呢?
是否加長中低強度有氧(比如慢跑一小時十公里)就可以慢慢有這樣的效果?
還是要時間更久(超過一小時,比如練LSD)的有氧才能訓練身體利用脂肪為燃料的比重?
