左膝蓋GG一陣子了
可能長期跑步姿勢不良
復健科醫生說 我的臏骨外側間距太小
摩擦到股骨造成不舒服感和酸痛感
其實兩個膝蓋都有 但是右膝蓋沒事
叫我練 股內斜肌 拿個球用力夾
我的左骼脛束也有時候會緊
真擔心 軟骨遲早會被磨光...
