肩膀(應該是斜方肌)爆炸了怎麼處理 - 健身

各位巨巨大家晚安,小弟是看YT在家練的新手
去年體重最重時曾達99公斤
經過半年的飲食控制和運動
現在已經降至80
但是原本快樂的健身之旅,也漸漸地變得各種疼痛
最主要的是肩膀
去年10月開始,每天訓練的菜單都是:
伏地挺身100 (會依身體狀況改變高度、傾斜度或做比較輕鬆當休息)
捲腹200
波比跳100
跳繩1000
單槓20下
然後慢跑兩公里
就這樣持續到12月,那兩個月真的非常快樂
體能進步的非常快
可惜不聽老人言的過量訓練,很快就出現惡果
某天運動完
肩膀整個爆炸痛,只能去藥局買止痛藥+肌肉鬆弛劑
接下來的日子也嘗試過看醫生
(醫生就開藥然後推薦去按摩,也說可以看看中醫,並沒有其他指示)
按照YT SunGuts和FITDEVMO的教學做肩膀復健運動
還買了一把筋膜槍來打
但是始終都無法康復
原本想說12月就休息吧
沒想到連續兩個月過去,它還是疼痛依然
昨天稍微嘗試了一下以前的菜單
肩膀又開始隱隱作痛
讓我不敢繼續往下練
想問一下有沒有人有類似的遭遇,最後是如何解決的?
