肩膀前肌腱發炎要避免的重訓 - 健身

各位巨巨好,小弟爲健身兩個月左右的初行者,目前是減肥從92減到82拜健身所賜。
這幾天因為肩膀前有點疼痛求診,醫生說是輕微肌腱發炎,也沒有開消炎藥就貼布而已XD
但要避免雙手高舉的運動,所以我想坐姿滑輪下拉跟輔助引體向上大概都不能做了。
想請問各位大德我還有哪些重訓項目要先避開的呢?
目前想到肯定沒差的只有練腿、深蹲跟啞鈴划船。
