小魯我最近重訓搭配飲食想要增重
目前有個問題
我餐與餐之間的小餐該吃什麼比較好?
以下是我想到的選擇
希望巨巨們能建議我吃哪種比較好
1.巧克力吐司2片
2.兩顆茶葉蛋+一根香蕉
3.花生牛奶湯(類似八寶粥的那種
4.麥香雞
5.雞胸肉
希望巨巨能給小弟我一點建議
