奶蛋素可以,
蛋的接受量是兩顆/天
一天不想吃太多蛋,
乳清也不想天天喝,

蛋白質:脂質:碳水 約是 8:5:5 的比例
吃肉的話很容藉著雞胸肉或鯛魚肉
這種營養素大多是蛋白質的食物,
很容易可以控制營養素的比例。
但吃素應該選什麼呢?
除了雞蛋、豆製品,乳清
或是問什麼食物
蛋白質含量高且碳水、脂質偏低?
