深蹲受傷,醫院科目請教 - 健身

請問大家
小弟前幾天深蹲時,因為力竭導致動作大走針,感覺拉到還是壓到脖子附近肌群和骨頭,
開始有後腦痛的症狀,休息一兩天後以為好了,沒想到去重訓時用力又復發。
我有稍微爬文,大概是努則現象,或是胸鎖乳突肌拉傷等問題。請問有經驗的大家我這樣
適合去大醫院看哪一科,復健科or骨科or神經科?
