前兩個月因為伏地挺身練太勤,沒有注意身體狀況結果肩膀、背肌肌群嚴重發炎...(一天

去看復健科也是打超音波跟熱療而已...
休了兩個月後最近在做也是大約30下肩膀就開始隱隱作痛...
所以想問問板上的各位大大~
像肩膀受傷的話可以做哪些運動來鍛鍊胸肌跟手部肌群~
還是再等等~等傷好了再開始鍛鍊~
