肩膀受傷幾問 - 健身

各位巨巨~大家好
小弟是最近剛開始健身的瘦皮猴
最近遇到了一個肩膀受傷的問題
幾個問題想請教一下
根據爬文來看 應該是"旋轉肌"受傷.
受傷的情況是
右肩後三角 (肩膀骨頭在下面的地方) 按壓會痛
左肩三角 也是肩膀骨頭附近 按壓會痛
本來以為是運動造成的酸痛.有一次在單槓的動作中 發現肩膀會痛
才查覺 好像是真的受傷了.
雖然不是很清楚真正受傷的原因為何
目前推測 可能是重訓太過於勉強.因為我是新手.重量加的有點急
姿勢也容易跑掉.
問題來了.
Q1這真的是旋轉肌受傷嗎?!(畢竟是爬文查的)
Q2有需要去看醫生嗎? 目前看來應該是輕微
查了一下 輕微的話 似乎是多休息之類的.所以不是很想去看醫生
Q3另外右肩有樂器肩的問題(划船動作 右肩有聲音) 這有需要看醫生嗎
Q4因為有受傷的經驗 在考慮要不要先練囚徒 打點基礎
問題來了..囚徒對旋轉肌的訓練 有幫助嗎?
