我想問的是,我硬舉完下腰都會痛,大概距離尾椎10公分的地方
這樣是不是姿勢不正確?
每次舉起來的時候感覺腿和臀部都沒什麼感覺....反而是腰的負擔比較大(在舉起來
腰挺直的時候更明顯)
剛舉起來的時候意念控制是不是要放在臀部和大腿後面肌肉? 然後做完隔天應該要
是哪裡痠痛呢?
