感覺一直練不到胸肌跟背肌 - 健身

大家好,小弟我最近買了兩之10公斤的啞鈴
因為我身形很瘦骨架很小穿衣服不好看所以想把胸肌稱起來
而背肌因為是很大的肌群想要吃不胖所以才想練
不過我在臥推的時候都沒感覺到胸肌有用力,都是二頭在施力,飛鳥則是太重飛不起來..
.
還有一個動作是把啞鈴放在背後上下的,這動作也感受不到背肌在用力,倒是關節感覺很
吃力
是否在做這些動作的時候要用輕一點的,左右各六公斤會很輕嗎,不想因為代嚐都沒練到
順便po幾張照片給大家評估我的體脂
一直覺的體脂機騙我,測都是8or9趴
