大家好,剛才去看了骨科,我不去是大醫院,只是去家裡附近
感覺比較大間的骨科診所而已
我跟醫生說明了我的狀況,
他只花了大概幾分鐘的時間,還有拿一張照片,跟我說,應該是韌帶的關係
然後就叫我去做復健,說了很多我聽不太懂的復健機器
,每個禮拜要去3-4次,一次大概30分鐘
其實當下覺得感覺很不太好,好像是來騙錢的...
之後,我就到復健區去了,
復健區是物理治療師,他先看了醫生的說明,然後問我說,會痛嗎?
我說不會,然後一樣的描述,我又再說明給物理治療師知道了
不過,物理治療師就還蠻細心的,有跟我說我的情況
如果有跟我一樣肩膀會有聲音情況的,以下就是重點了
不過要提醒,我得問題不見得是你的問題唷
他是先摸了我的肩膀有聲音的地方,
然後再摸了我的肩膀前面
又摸了肩膀後面
,之後他用手把我肩膀後面三頭上面靠近肩膀的地方按住
叫我把手再抬高幾次,這時後就沒有聲音了
原因是,他說我肩膀前面有肌肉,但是肩膀後面肌肉很少
造成不平衡,所以軟骨沒有支撐點,就會滑動
然後就會有聲音,這是他大概的意思,因為其實他說了很多,我聽不太懂
重點就是,肩膀後面,肌肉太少了。
解決方式為:
以我訓練左手為例,就是站立弓箭步,右腳在前,左腳在後,身體打直,
左手拿不要太重的啞鈴以訓練肌耐力為主,
肩膀不要聳肩手以傾斜的自已方向,向後拉到腰的部份就停止,
拉的太上面,就會用到背的力量,力量就會分散
不要太重,是因為肩膀後面沒什麼肌肉量,算是弱肌,所以不要太重才不會受傷
然後過程要慢,要感受肩膀的出力
過一陣子,肩膀的肌力夠了,應該聲音就會不見了。
物理治療師是說,很多人都會有這樣子的情況,因為大部份出力都是用身體的正面
,背面比較少,所以很多人都會有身體前面肌肉不平衡的情況,
年紀大之後,還會駝背。
後來,物理治療師就說,我在家就可以練習了,以後就不用來了。
遇到還不錯的物理治療師還蠻開心的,至少有聽到我想聽到的答案。
各位朋友如果你的肩膀也有聲音,
也可以自已摸看看肩膀後面是不是肌肉不夠
或許我的方式能夠提供一個參考
但是還是要看一下醫生唷 :)
