左右肩的活動度差異滿明顯的
肩推、臥推時左肩的不適感就明顯比右肩嚴重
睡前都會用彈力帶繞肩
也繞了約一個月,活動度有稍微提升一點點
但不適感依然很明顯
活動度的問題適合去看復健科嗎
若看醫生要怎麼跟他敘述說明
