運動兩年半了,除了使用啞鈴練背部的動作,其他都有在運用(比較依賴器材)
因為是跟朋友一起練,他比較沒這問題,而我開始發現肩膀越練越寬的時候,才開始嘗試把雙握的寬度變小(引體向上 正握)比較有改善一點
主要是因為本人才170 太寬很像矮胖壯這種感覺
Q1.如果經過調整,重量還可以在練上去嗎?還是不管怎麼改善,增加重量還是會變寬?
Q2.題外話,為什麼胸部練起來很像腫瘤,兩塊在那邊,不會像其他人很順眼
