肩部熱身 - 健身

各位好
小弟以前肩膀受過傷後
現在訓練肩膀熱身時都會先用YTWL的方法
用拉力帶或是CABLE做
但是不曉得是最近天氣冷的關係還是怎樣
覺得要做比較多組熱身肩膀才比較有熱開的感覺
導致接下來肩膀主訓練的重量或是次數都會降低
那我應該繼續維持多組數的熱身 來避免受傷
還是減少熱身的YTWL 在主訓練前用輕重量多做幾下呢?
