大家好
已經在減碳、取消少量多餐中第二次遇到胃不舒服
卻不知道能吃什麼?
上次是拉肚子
這次胃脹氣,研究後不能吃蛋脂、奶豆榖類
等於宣告只能吃澱粉,還要少量多餐…
不想全塞澱粉,想著高纖總可以吧
第一晚吃了杏鮑菇高麗菜蛋花湯、水果芭樂
到了半夜一直想吐,有氣想衝不出來
第二天嚇到,早+中只吃一個饅頭、晚開始沒食慾了
想想這樣下去實在不行,上來問問有經驗的大大
