但說不定有人也有相同困擾

不知怎麼造成還是背部練得太勤
紅圈圈的地方只要“旋轉軀幹”就很緊繃
甚至就是感覺快抽筋平常也容易不舒服
平常有使用花生球放鬆但改善不明顯
想請問負責肌群的名字以及如何拉筋放鬆?
