背部疼痛與訓練 - 健身

一直以來都有背部疼痛的問題
大概是姿勢不良又因為工作長時間坐在電腦前
近期痛感越來越明顯
雖然不時會起來伸展,但是幫助好像不大
痛點是在脊髓旁約兩指處延伸的一整條背肌,深度感覺大約是1公分處
上個月去看了中醫,醫生也只是幫我針灸,說是背部肌肉無力的關係?!
但是我一直都有在訓練背肌啊 Orz ....
便自己上網查了一些影片來多訓練背部
到健身房也做了像坐姿滑輪頸前下拉、坐姿划船等等
每每做完都有增加背部肌肉的酸痛感
目前大約一個月了,每週訓練3次左右
但是效果好像一般般
請益不知道各位有沒有人跟我一樣的類似狀況?
像是訓練的動作?
