已經健身一段時間了
各部位肌肉重訓時大致能感受及掌握
唯只有背部不只成效差,動作時也不太掌握得到要領
想請版上前輩推薦較容易掌握的背部動作
(當然最基本的拉單槓有做)
以其它部位來比喻的話
肩部的 站姿側平舉 比 坐姿槓鈴推舉 更多注意細節、姿式易跑掉
後者較易掌握
動作或影片都可
