最近想練大腿肌肉,用背靠牆半蹲的方式(就像懸空坐著但背靠著牆)來練
請問此法會傷膝蓋嗎?又此法對練大腿有效嗎?
因青蛙跳或交互蹲跳很傷膝蓋,來出此策來練
又或者大家都推什麼方式呢?純想練大腿肌肉,增強肌耐力
