基於疫情問題.想等到大致上明顯緩和再去健身房
目前體重140kg.所以大部分有氧和徒手或是需要蹲的都不適合做.
有買一組快換啞鈴.所以至少上半身可以簡單的重量訓練
可以下半身好像沒有什麼適合的?
還是說無解.只能等疫情過乖乖去健身房做機械式和飛輪?
