鐵牛、國棟、統神、阿晉、Joeman、史丹利.....
各個都說要減肥,也曾經都有些成果
但最終,全部復胖,通通陣亡,無一例外
連最後的防線胖猴子,最近又開始在大吃大喝

減肥不外乎吃>動,吃足基礎代謝,消耗大於吸收,重訓維持肌肉,有氧增加消耗
原型食物為主。就這樣,沒了
看上去很簡單
但為何一堆人失敗,體重越重的人,失敗率似乎是越高
我覺得那是因為大家只在乎生理,卻沒有考慮到胖子的「心理」問題
「暴食」被列為七宗罪之一不是沒有原因的
有些人就是難擋口腹之慾
你跟他說吃原型食物可以很飽
但胖子吃垃圾食物就不是為了吃飽,是為了吃爽的,是為了填補內心的空虛的
為什麼想吃垃圾食物??
心情低落而吃
壓力太大而吃
為了想吃而吃
這些胖子是「心理」出了問題
妳給他再正確的飲食觀念,治療不到胖子的「心理」,那一切都是徒勞
一個健全的身體只會寄宿在健全的心靈
所以大家在開始飲食控制或運動前,建議大家先想想
自己到底為什麼會胖? 為什麼老是想吃垃圾食物?
為什麼運動總是明天?
先找出問題的根源,去看個心理醫師也好,再來運動跟控制飲食吧
