不好意思看到版大這篇我也覺得我有同樣的困擾,
我的疑問是產後肚子皮一直消不下去!!!
站著的時候還好

可是一旦往前傾就會一坨皮在那裏xD完全捏的起來很大一塊
已過兩年深感絕望嗚嗚
不知道如果靠減脂跟鍛鍊核心它真的會有消失的一天嗎?上次量體脂肪23%可是全身脂肪重
正常偏低標完全是肌肉不足。
妊娠紋就算了...
想問問各位有肚子減下來皮也縮回來的經驗嗎?還是我核心練的還不夠呢?
我練的模式大概是胸>背>腿三個大肌群輪流練,肩膀跟手偶爾想到會練,核心就是有空的
時候會看youtube五分鐘腹肌運動練
