胸椎旁緊繃 - 健身

想請問各位大大
練完上胸+飛鳥
沒有有感覺到什麼問題
但接著練三頭肌完
感覺到胸椎右側緊繃(背)
如圖http://ppt.cc/3_Gt
三頭肌以兩張椅子做撐體的動作有負重15KG
小弟在想不知道是不是這個動作問題
有大大有類似經驗嗎??
