照新聞這樣減感覺真的好傷身XD
然後新聞的真假我就不清楚了,不過就我對蕭的拳擊教練
(正確來說應該是"散打"教練)-金鋼刀教練的認知,
如果真的只吃一餐,絕對撐不過那位魔鬼教練的練習菜單,
有興趣的人,歡迎去巨火力格鬥館體驗一下XD
或者是上Youtube搜尋"巨火力格鬥館"看看他們的練習內容XD,
尤其是天挑五輪!! 那真的是有夠可怕!!
(我不是幫他打廣告啦XD 我跟金鋼刀教練是不同拳館的,不過我有學弟在那裡練習就是了)
如果按照金鋼刀教練的菜單在走,原本沒有運動習慣的人,
8個月瘦20公斤我真的覺得不意外XD
另外要說他不專業嘛....人家也算是國手等級的格鬥名將XD
而且以嚴格著稱,連男生會練到失神想哭胡言亂語甚至快昏倒,
這樣還只吃一餐就練那怎麼受的了,
所以我個人覺得是炒新聞的成分居多。XDDDD
而且景雄教練的身材大家都有目共睹,真的非常驚人啊!!!
