幫女友問,以下轉文
啞鈴練胸3個月了,視覺上原本微垂的奶有更挺一些,上胸也比較有肉。原本就有一些大
小奶,左邊比較大比較垂。在想如果要讓兩邊看起來比較一致,應該是
1.比較大的左奶組數多一些,讓肌肉把奶往上提多一些,至少乳頭一樣高看起來比較不明
顯。
2.比較小的右奶組數多一些,上胸......變大!??!
3.兩邊維持一樣組數不要亂來
聽到他的問題我也不知道怎麼回覆,男生就比較小的那邊多練就好,女生主要是脂肪+肌
肉,被考倒了.........
