因為我真的太北七了亂推文
說什麼在飢餓狀態下脂肪回收率會到90%這種鬼話
在確定我看過的課本以後發現 我˙錯˙了
以下是正確的資料....
脂肪回收率大約是 75% - 參考The triacylglycerol cycle
在飢餓狀態下 肝臟的脂肪回收率甚至會降低到 65%
不過
在飢餓狀態 或者說是缺乏血糖的狀態下 脂肪的回收率總體來說還是75%
即使輸出量變高 回收率還是75%
但飢餓會帶來另外一種問題 就是身體裡的葡萄醣會不足 而腦部卻只能利用葡萄醣
身體就會啟動生醣作用 產生葡萄醣
由於碳源被拿去生醣 缺乏Oxaloacetate
脂肪的終端產物Acetyl-CoA因此無法進入有氧燃燒的機制中
為了平衡這種現象 就會利用 蛋白質 產生Oxaloacetate
讓過多的Acetyl-CoA得以消耗
另外 過多的Acetyl-CoA也會產生Ketone body產生能量
但Ketone body累積過多會造成酮中毒
到這邊可以理解 蛋白質在熱量來源中排在最後的原則並沒有被打破
蛋白質分解純粹是為了要產生Oxaloacetate
Transamination不伴隨能量轉換的~
(以下就是我自己的感想)
在沒吃到基代一段時間後
體重降低了 (耶~)
血變毒了 (靠)
肌肉還變小了 (超幹) 體脂算算搞不好還升高 基代是降低了
就恢復正常飲食 (還沒爆喔 很有意志力了)
然後又因為肌肉變小基代降低
熱量又累積變成脂肪
然後.....變更胖
最後回應這個標題 Oxaloacetate就是一種碳水化合物啦!
看到缺乏它以後脂肪就無法完全分解了吧XD
