個人今天去醫院 看到一張小海報
上面大意是寫說 肥胖對身體不好
它裡面有寫到 一旦 脂肪細胞產生 就永久存在在人體內
可以靠飲食減少 脂肪細胞的體積..........
小弟有一個疑問
所以我們做的有氧運動中所消耗脂肪
是減少脂肪的體積重量......
而不是減少脂肪細胞數量..
請問是這樣嗎??
