雖然我只練過一點點..
但我也來參一腳討論吧@@
(其實直接去拳擊板討論更快)
打拳,
背肌,腿,腰轉,力量的帶動跟瞬間的握緊,
這些是無庸置疑的,
你手臂再強大沒有上面的推動,力量是大不到哪去的
當然如果你有拳擊的技巧,的基礎,那手臂強大當然會更強~
但最原始的應該是要上面幾項先要求
至於有提到臥推,
我們的確有要練,但是是用輕重量去訓練"爆發力"
或者是兩手拿輕啞鈴出拳練出"速度"跟"爆發力"。
某些地方的肌肉太大其實對打拳是種阻礙,會影響速度。
