恩...有練過一點拳 也做過一點重量
說點想法
一般來說有帶體重的拳
一定會用到重心的轉換還有下半身的推動
還有腰腹的扭轉和支撐
不過現在先把討論重點放在上半身的肌群
可以先粗略的把它分為向外和向內兩種施力方向
也就是三頭、背控制向外
二頭、胸控制向內
這裡可能有人會說:"我手平平伸去去明明就會用到胸肌啊?"
但其實在做直拳系的攻擊時
其實胸腔的運動方向是開展的
其實這點從出拳前後胸部和手臂肩膀的角度變化就可以觀察出來
也就是這一類的出力方式
背肌的作用會大於胸肌
但對於鉤拳系來講
胸肌的拉扯還有二頭的固定
會比向外施力的肌群來的更具決定性
畢竟這的確是一個往回抽的動作
至於
前臂的重要性?
我只能說
他絕對不會讓你出拳更快
也不會讓你的有效質量差太多
但
她卻可以讓你所吸收的衝擊減少
也就是
材料韌性越好 吸收的能量會越多
相對的作用在對方身上的能量就會減少
所以我們其實可以把整個自前臂以後的部份
視為大炮的底座和火藥
前臂代表的就是砲彈
砲彈剛性越強 自然越容易讓對方產生破壞
所以其實觀察有在打拳的人
握力都不會太差
這裡就單純討論施力方法跟使用的肌群
力量很大但打不到人的情況就去拳擊版討論吧.....
