腰太幼是天生的嗎? - 健身

各位大大我想知道,
腰太幼是天生的嗎??
我健身才沒多久,但由於作業太多導致中途放棄
現在打算趁寒假的時候在家重練一下.
胸肌是開始有一點了, 而手臂也有明顯的變粗了,
可是腰部的話,我覺得還是太幼了...

而我對於abdominal的ex就只有crunches & sit-ups
但是要怎麼練才能讓腰部側邊的前後部份變「厚」一點啊?
因為以「棋切面」來看的話,就只能看到我上半身(胸部)跟下半身(臀部)是「厚」的,
但剛好腰部就是一個disaster...
Oh by the way,
我是那種怎麼吃也不會胖的人,
所以我也打算在下學期學校的重訓課後喝乳清蛋白來增加肌肉.
而這文章也是想要討鞭一下.
