我去看了醫生
醫生說是『髕骨軟化症』,導致軟骨的磨損,然後髕骨錯位
他要我加強大腿那部的肌肉肌力,用肌肉的復原來把髕骨拉回來
想當然耳就不能做太重的重量了,那就是要做輕、次數多
那我想請問一下,重量的話,大概要怎麼拿捏?還有組數跟每組的次數?
我該照以往腿部重訓的菜單進行呢?還是只要針對受傷部位就好?
