練腹肌 +塑身已經一段時間了
結果目前只有腰圍縮小
好像都還沒有 腹肌的"形"出來
我想一個人傻練 不如上來問廣大的版友吧
之前去 康是美量體脂
12%->很嚴重的懷疑 應該是腳沒踏平均的結果(小姐說的 不過量兩次都一樣)
內臟體脂 6% ->我想是這個原因 內臟脂太高
目前的生活型態
早午餐 正常
晚餐 通常是 無糖豆漿+水果 或豆腐+水果 不過通常有一天會放縱一下
吃牛肉麵或漢堡王
一週 慢跑兩次 一次一小時 有跑步的話 就喝巧克力奶或無糖豆
週末騎單車 一週小騎 約三小時 另一週大騎 破百km的行程
每週約做兩次 "電腦人"的動作 跟無氧運動不同天
不過有約動作好難 我就沒做 (裡面有八個 我大概做其中五個)
每次30下 做兩個循環->兩循環就夠累了 完全沒力
平時 11-12 點入睡 七點起床 不喝飲料
目前有想到就這樣吧
