健身這一兩年幾乎沒練腹肌
最近一週加入腹肌訓練卻屢屢抽筋提早結束訓練
訓練內容也超級輕鬆屬入門等級
20秒動作40秒休息 無負重
但通常第二分鐘就抽筋提早結束...
想請問這是怎麼樣的情況?
