大家好 想請教除了side plank以外是否有動作 可以target單邊腹肌?
我在做一般腹肌訓練時 右腹肌承受掉大部分的壓力 左邊明顯沒感覺
舉例來說做plank 保持中立平衡 但時間一拉長 右側腹肌便開始主動把工作都擔下
結束後左側毫無訓練感 只有右側單邊燃燒 https://i.imgur.com/nrMdBfY.jpeg
捲腹類的動作或是L-SIT都是一樣情形
不知道有沒有什麼動作 可以解決這個失衡的情形? 感謝大家!
