腹部脂肪&腹肌 - 健身

剛開始運動時
有學長教導說
像我這樣比較多脂肪的人應該先減脂再來練腹肌
要不然深層的腹肌練起來,加上表層的脂肪
肚子看起來會更大而已
對這個觀念一直深信不疑
可是近一兩個月開始減脂
輔以仰臥起坐
腹部的形狀有所改變
肚圍也因為減脂變比較小
所以上來請求賜教
是否相關經驗的人可分享
(本人腰圍38吋,比較瘦的人的經驗,可能較不適用)
