腿日容易過度訓練 - 健身

事情是這樣的
我現在菜單是 練3休1 休息日全休或者有氧40分 (均保留次數1 不力竭 排列按照訓練順
序)
Day1 啞鈴上胸臥推 3x9
啞鈴平胸臥推 4x9
機械式飛鳥夾胸 3x9
三頭橫槓下拉3x9
三頭繩索下拉3x9
負重核心鍛鍊 6x9
Day2 機械引體向上機 3x9
機械引體向上機(反手) 3x9
滑輪後拉 4x9
二頭彎舉 3x8
槌式彎舉 3x8
負重下背屈伸 6x9
Day3 啞鈴肩推 3x9
啞鈴側平舉 3x9
臉拉 3x11
機械後腿上曲(有點像練下背那台)3x8
墊高單腿蹲 3x9
機械鄧腿機 3x8
營養自己調理雞胸肉和燕麥 蛋白質每日含休息日攝取2.2-2.6倍 碳水約200g上下 配合使
用HCI肌酸
睡眠每日7-8小時 每天補充ON綜合維他命
但練腿日結束後常常需要休兩天 會有過度訓練感覺(不想健身 沒食慾 睡不好 胸背的延
遲性酸痛加倍 注意力降低)
腿降到一個循環6組就還好 但是感覺腿進步很慢
有點找不到平衡點 不知道菜單怎麼調整比較合理
有人有這種經驗嗎
