腿部肌肉與跑步的運用 - 健身

大家好
我本身是田徑相關的選手
主練中距離
每週也會有重訓的課表
主要是肌耐力為主,輕量多次
以保護身體為原則,而非以為練完就會跑的快
不過
小弟我本身的小腿與大腿肌肉都非常發達
雖然我知道並不是大塊就有力
但我在爆發力(彈跳力)和跑步速度上都明顯輸人一截
這是建立在長時間跑一樣的課表、做一樣的重訓
且體態差不多情況下的觀察。
我聽說棒球選手和籃球選手他們會去訓練一些協調性的重訓內容,才能達到力量的最大化
而非一昧地做很多重訓
所以我想請問各位
在腿部有不錯肌力的基礎下,卻跑不快
是因為我不會用這些肌肉嗎
那又該如何練呢?
還是其實還是其他因素(體態)之類的問題呢?
