膝蓋不好,做什麼運動強化肌肉? - 健身

(爬了文後,自己打下這個標題,突然有種鬼打牆的感覺^^" )
大家好。
其實這個問題是要幫我朋友問的,
她今年三十幾歲,(過三十五)
做需要久站+輪班的行業已經十幾年了,
平常只有一週上一次有氧舞蹈課。
最近一年,膝蓋似乎出了問題,
這一個月症狀更明顯,
走路的時候,每一步右腳都會發出「喀喀」聲,
不會疼痛,
但是蹲下上廁所的時候,
就會很痛 = =
只能橋某個角度蹲著。
後來我看她雖然身高體重算是正常的(165/53-55)
體態也還好,
但全身的肉像棉被一樣軟綿綿的樣子,
想說,強壯她的肌肉或許可以改善。
請問像她膝蓋這個樣子,
如果要做加強肌肉的運動或訓練,
應該怎麼開始呢?
(因為我看版娘在批人菜單的時候
會附上訓練股四頭肌的網頁,
那些動作我有先試過,還頗有感覺的,
怕對她來說,好像太吃力了orz 不敢叫她嘗試~)
