昨天上夜班在病房滑倒之後扭傷腳,因為完全不能走路被扛去急診,今天下班後乖乖去復健科門診報到。
起初我以為只是腳踝扭傷,醫生檢查後發現我雙側膝蓋軟骨都有很明顯的磨損,說不建議我太過度的運動,而且盡量不要做重量訓練和蹲坐的動作。
囧,我這一個月瘋狂的操我的腿,練大腿,瘋狂的深蹲,在前幾週的某天發現自己膝蓋周圍隱隱約約的有疼痛感,可是那個時候以為是因為負重加重才酸痛而不去理會,今天才知道是真的受傷了。
各位版友們要一定好好保護自己的腳,別一不小心就跟我一樣要暫停運動and長時間復健了。
