膝蓋提早磨損 - 健身

我現在25歲
最近膝蓋常常不太舒服(不是痛也不是酸)
就是有不舒服的感覺...
如果去壓膝蓋附近較軟的地方,就會感覺比較緩和一點
昨天去看一般的骨科~
醫生說 腳的筋比較緊~對骨頭會比較不好 叫我要長拉筋
然後又說 我膝蓋在動的時候已經會有聲音 有提早磨損的現象
建議我可以吃ㄧ陣子維骨力
聽到心都有點涼了
其實我以前國中、高中的時候就偶而會有這種現象(膝蓋有聲音)
但我都不以為意~直到最近1~2年才在注意
去了兩家西醫院~一家就像上面講的
另外一家則是說膝蓋那邊有外翻現象~造成磨損
還有一家傳統療法的是說
看起來沒那麼嚴重~叫我要多補充鈣方面的食物(如:藥燉排骨)
兩間西醫都建議我不可以跑步、爬山、羽球、籃球之類的運動
尤其是那種會跑到一半急跳或是急煞的
偏偏很衰的 我以前就是常常打羽球、籃球
(要是真的無法做上述的運動,我當兵時後不就慘了)

現在真有點不知道怎麼辦,因此想問問看板上是否有人有類似的經驗
怎麼保養? (這個症狀看起來只能盡量不讓他惡化吧?)
吃維骨力真的有效嗎?
想再去大醫院檢查、照X光看看~
請推薦彰化地區或高雄比較好的骨科
