膝蓋會痛? - 健身

我身高165, 體重75, 28歲女生
(因為人在國外讀書,體脂肪等資訊暫時無法獲得)
其實我是一個蠻愛重訓的女生,
一個禮拜如果有四天去健身房,大概只有一天會踩踏步機,其他時間都在重訓
重訓也大概快兩年了,雖然中間大概兩個月就會停頓一個月,
但整體上兩年裡,都持續有在運動。
最近爬樓梯的時候,有時候會覺得膝蓋怪怪的,但並沒有到痛的程度
我知道最好的解決方法是去看醫生,但是目前我在國外,
並沒有辦法負擔這麼龐大的機療費用,
想問問看其他版有的想法,然後自己作調整
我知道有些些人膝蓋會有問題是因為肌耐力不夠
但我不知道我是重訓作太重還是重訓作不夠

這樣的大腿重訓,我大概能做到110磅,4-5個set沒問題
