膝蓋痛.... - 健身

最近膝蓋突然痛到無法爬樓梯
本來是左腳之前有去看過醫生 叫我自己在家復健即可
所以我就繼續跑步了 我都跑健身房居多
回想上個禮拜 好像去的次數有變多
坡度好像也有增加
但坡度好像頂多也只有跑到4 速度大概8左右
坡度增加會傷膝蓋嗎
但是詭異的事是變成痛右腳 左腳一樣外側痛
帶護膝會比較好嗎? 我看大家在跑步都沒在帶護膝的阿...XD~~
我大概一個禮拜看狀況 跑個三到四次
一次大概40min
還是要換個運動了..比較不用需要膝蓋的運動
