膝蓋痛去了一趟醫院~ - 健身

其實從以前開始就斷斷續續會有(左邊)膝蓋不舒服的問題
而我都一直認為是因為左腿受力比較大(因為我左腿比較短一點點)
導致長期下來左小腿也比較粗(啊嗚~~)
----------後來發現自以為都不準 還是去醫院檢查為上之分隔線----------
最近因為開始頻繁的跑健身房
左膝蓋又開始有點"怪怪的"
原本想一如往常 讓他休息一下等自然好
我不是一個很會勉強自己的人
雖然很喜歡很喜歡很喜歡有氧運動
一天也至多上個兩堂 (偶爾會再多一堂balance做伸展)
而且上課之前一定會特意的多熱身膝蓋的地方
今早才上完一堂課
應該說課上到一半 舞跳到一半的時候
我就覺得膝蓋又開始哀鳴(酸+刺痛)
回家上樓下樓都會有刺痛感
實在不敢去想 萬一膝蓋炸裂的話 沒辦法運動是甚麼感覺
(加上爬過文發現 膝蓋真的罷工可不是開玩笑的)
於是方才乖乖去了一趟醫院 直接掛復健科(想說對於運動 醫生會比較專業一點)
為了確定我的膝蓋到底怎麼回事 也照了一下X光
結果是....髕骨(有點)外翻: 左腿比較嚴重 ,右腿也有一點移位
醫生就教了一下強化大腿內側肌肉的做法:
"背挺直坐著 然後單腳抬高慢慢打直 到最直的時候膝蓋內側用力 維持幾秒放下 再換腳"
說是做個1-2年後肌肉變強可以把骨頭慢慢矯正拉回來
(原本期待他來個強力整骨 嘎啦 就喬回來的說XD)
然後開了止痛藥給我 似乎也不需要複診
意即完全需要自己的恆心跟毅力來幫自己舒緩移位的情況
不過比預期好的是 我還是可以照常去健身房運動
只是運動的種類需要自己斟酌
覺得太激烈的最好是戴著護膝(醫生強調要有挖洞的)來保護膝蓋
下午這一趟醫院跑完 感想就是--"自以為是不準的"
運動的時候一有甚麼不適 最好還是馬上去就診 讓專業醫生來幫忙鑑定
(雖然大醫院很貴)但是沒有甚麼比自己的身體健康來得更加需要珍惜的
為了能夠長久的運動~了解自己的病痛也是很重要的囉~
